PokerStars has released the marketing code XXX that will give new depositing players an exclusive bonus. Players who don’t have a real money account at PokerStars and enter the PokerStars marketing code XXX and bonus code ‘First2008’ during sign up will receive a 100% match bonus up to $50. This means that PokerStars will match the player’s first deposit in bonus money, up to a maximum of $50. Therefore, a player making a first deposit of $100 after using the marketing code will receive a bonus of $50. Players that use our marketing code will also be able to play in any of the monthly Pokernews freerolls for life! These freerolls are private and run 1-4 times a month. They usually have prize pools of over $10,000.
Private Freerolls:
After you have downloaded the PokerStars software you will create a new account. During the registration process you will come to a form asking how you were referred to PokerStars. At the bottom of this form there is a field that says “Enter marketing code if available”. This is where you must enter the Pokerstars marketing code 2010 XXX (see below). Later on in the registration process you will see a field asking for a bonus code, where you must enter ‘First2008’.
The PokerStars new depositor bonus has clearing rules. Before the bonus of up to $50 is released into the players account they must earn Frequent Player Points (FPPs). FPPs are earned through playing at real money cash tables and tournaments. Players must earn 10 times the bonus amount in FPPs to release the bonus. For example, in order to release a $25 bonus the player must earn 250 FPPs.
PokerStars gives new players a first depositor bonus to reward them for choosing PokerStars over their competition. There is no catch to the free money, besides the simple clearing conditions. PokerStars can afford giving away some free money to their players as it will help players stay loyal to their poker room.
FPPs are earned depending on the amount of rake and tournament fee’s the player is paying. There are a few factors that will determine how fast FPPs are earned including the stakes the player is playing at, the speed they play at and the length they play for. Generally FPPs are not hard to earn at PokerStars and the bonus will be released before you know it. The best advice is to not focus on earning FPPs and just focus on playing poker.
Remember to use the PokerStars Referral Code XXX in order to receive the bonus money.
