Poker Nordica is one of the many Merge gaming skins. If you have read any of my other Merge poker reviews you will know that cashouts take months instead of days. Poker Nordica is a poker room that accepts U.S. players but they market to Norwegian players so it was never been a good room for Americans anyway. I do not have a problem with the team at this room though. It is the network that handles most of the promotions and all of the withdrawals. Traffic has always been a big sores spot for this network too. They are around 100 times smaller than some of the featured rooms listed below. If you are a losing player and never plan on cashing out then poker Nordica may be a good choice but you will be limited to playing at the micro stakes Texas Hold'em tables since that is the only active game that is going 24/7 on this network. Poker Nordica is a site which offers players an admirable poker experience. This site's software is easy to understand and they also reside on the Merge Gaming Network. This network is one of few that allows U.S. players, which is slowly helping the growth of Poker Nordica. This is an excellent room for 7 Card Stud and Horse poker.

To sign up with Poker Nordica all you have to do is make a first deposit which you will acquire a bonus with. The bonus is 100% up too $200. When you make your first deposit you will receive a tourney ticket to a special $500 freeroll match which is only available to first-time depositors. I made a deposit so i could write an accruate Poker Nordica review and I did not have any trouble using my credit card unlike a lot of other poker rooms.
Some of the games offered here at Poker Nordica are Triple Draw, Five-card stud/draw, Badugi, Omaha Hi, and Hi-Lo, Seven-card Stud Hi and Hi-Lo, Razz, and Texas Holdem. The two foremost games offered in tournament form are Texas Holdem and Omaha, with all games being available in heads-up, full and shorthand tables. The stakes vary in range also, going from 1cent/2cents - $50/$100, to suit most players needs.
The competition is relatively soft but profitable for experienced poker players. Most of the players at Poker Nordica are new to poker. Some of the tournaments offered at Poker Nordica are Freerolls, Guarantees, Sit-n-Go's and Satellites. The freerolls are mostly mutlitable tournaments with ten or more players to a table. There are no buy-ins or entry fees but some of the freerolls have requirements that must be made in order to get in for free.
There is also a feature called Comp Points here at Poker Nordica. The Comp Points work in different ways. You can accumulate them to gain entry into freerolls, or even to collect bonuses. This July the Comp Points will have more value added to them so that way you can even earn yourself free cash along the way. Comp Points are only available in real-money play. You can earn between 3-10 points per hand played. The traffic here at Poker Nordica is relatively good even though this is a fairly new site. On average there is about 2000 real-money players at Poker Nordica.
